We charge £10.00 for our standard delivery service within the UK. This is a fully tracked and signed for service where will receive a notification when your order is dispatched along with a tracking number.

Our aim is to send your orders ASAP as providing quality customer service is one of main goals and it will be very well packaged and secured to minimise damage in transit.

Once it's left us, we cannot be responsible for any damaged during transit but we do use fragile tape on orders with cricket bats to make sure that they are taken care of by our courier.

If you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date, then please state in the order notes - otherwise we will aim to send your order ASAP.

All orders will require a signature on delivery, except for small items(that will fit through a letterbox) - so please make sure someone is in at the deliver address on the day of delivery. Parcel contents will always be insured to the cost of the order in case of loss. 

On some occasions we may re-use packaging - so the box/packaging that your order may arrive in may not be brand new. This is one of the initiatives we are taking up to improve our sustainability. Please note that we will always make sure your items are packaged securely, and we will only re-use packaging if it's in suitable condition.
